Keith Sei
Hi, I'm Keith Sei. Welcome to my profile!
Keith Sei's Bio:
Keith Sei – U.S. Regional Scout
Keith Sei grew up in Chicago playing hockey in Franklin Park, Illinois. In 1981, Sei was named Captain of the then Chicago Minor Hawks and led that team to a state championship. An unfortunate head injury the next season ended his playing career. In 1999, Keith joined the Chicago Blackhawks Alumni team at the request of his hockey hero and friend Keith Magnuson. Sei played in several charity games for Chicago until he retired to Phoenix, Arizona.
With over 40 years of hockey experience, Sei made a smooth transition into coaching and scouting. He worked as Assistant Coach for several youth programs in the Chicago-land area as well as Head Coach for the Peoria Roadrunners and Desert Youth Hockey in Phoenix. Keith is a current USA Hockey member and coach and is involved with the “Kid’s First” hockey program. He and his wife, Brenda, currently reside in Phoenix Arizona.
“Sei has strong hockey sense,” notes ISS Hockey’s Director of Scouting, Dennis MacInnis. “With over 40 years of hockey experience as a player and now transitioned into coaching and scouting, we can’t be happier that he has joined our elite staff.”
